Halcyon Spirits is a family-owned independent whisky bottler in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Brothers Daniel and Craig Milne founded the company and named it after their grandfather's fishing boat.
Halcyon selects individual Scotch whisky casks and releases them at cask strength without chill filtration. It does not operate the source distilleries.
