ArranPort Cask Finish

Arran Port Cask Finish is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Isle of Arran, bottled at 50.0% ABV. As the name suggests, it is matured and then given a finishing period in port casks, a style known for adding extra fruit sweetness and wine-like depth.

For a novice drinker, this is typically a richer, more dessert-leaning style than a standard bourbon-cask malt. You can expect a balance of malt character with red-fruit notes and gentle spice, presented at a robust strength that may benefit from a little water.
