Stitzel-Weller is a legendary distillery in the bourbon industry, located in Shively, Kentucky. Established in 1935, it's renowned for producing some of the most sought-after bourbons in the world. The distillery was founded by Julian 'Pappy' Van Winkle and Alex Farnsley, who were committed to crafting bourbon with a unique wheat recipe, setting it apart from competitors. Although it ceased distilling in 1992, the Stitzel-Weller name lives on, with its bourbons known for their smooth, rich, and sweet flavor profile.
