Judson & Moore is a small-batch whiskey distillery in Chicago, Illinois, founded in 2019. It distills, barrels, and bottles its whiskey in Chicago using Midwestern grain, Lake Michigan water, and Minnesota white oak. Its first release was bottled in spring 2022.
