Savage & Cooke is an American whisky producer founded in 2018 on Mare Island in Vallejo, California. The project was established by vintner Dave Phinney and developed as a distillery and spirits house with a focus on American whiskey.

Today, Savage & Cooke is known for producing and bottling whiskey in the United States, including releases associated with its California base. The name is used both for the distillery operation and for whiskey brands presented under the Savage & Cooke portfolio.
