New Riff Winter Whiskey is a bottled-in-bond Kentucky straight bourbon made from 63% corn, 20% malted oats, 14% pale ale malt, and 3% chocolate malt. It is aged at least 4 years, bottled at 50% ABV, and not chill filtered.
