Also known as Tutti frutti baconnaise
Walking into the kitchen we were handed toasted bagels laden with grilled sausages smothered with baconnaise and drizzled with rapeseed oil. The palate concurred, joined too by a twist of oregano landing atop tutti frutti ice cream.
