A sweet, fresh and fruity aroma greeted the Panel. “A glass full of summer vibes†was one comment, with apple-flavoured boiled sweets, key lime pie and peach melba. On the palate we found lemon meringue pie, vanilla buttercream and a kiwi and coconut parfait, with plum clafoutis in the finish.
