This is a Speyside single malt whisky from Inchgower, bottled at 12 years old from a single cask at natural cask strength. A hogshead cask often allows the distillery character to stay clear, while still adding gentle oak influence over time.

For a novice drinker, expect a fuller and more concentrated style than a standard bottling because of the 57.6% ABV. Adding a little water can help open it up and make the flavours easier to explore.
