An 11-year-old Speyside single malt from independent bottler Dràm Mòr, released from a single cask at a natural cask strength of 55.3% ABV. As a single-cask bottling, it will show an individual character rather than a highly standardised house style.
The Speyside style is often associated with approachable fruit and malt notes, while maturation in a refill hogshead helps keep the oak influence relatively measured. A white Port cask suggests the potential for added wine-led fruitiness and sweetness alongside the whisky’s underlying distillery character.
