This Speyside single malt from Miltonduff was bottled by Infrequent Flyers as an 11-year-old single cask release at natural cask strength. It was distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2024 from an oloroso sherry puncheon, so the cask is likely to play a prominent role in the whisky's character.

For a novice drinker, expect a full-strength whisky with concentrated flavour and a richer, darker style than many lighter ex-bourbon matured malts. Oloroso casks are commonly associated with notes such as dried fruit, spice, nuts, and oak, while the high ABV suggests it may benefit from a little water.
