Peated
Bottle limited to 1 per member What an aroma - herbal, salty seaweed at first, followed by smoked crab cakes and culminating in the sweet smells of frazzled bacon and caramelised sugar. The taste neat had a sweet and smoky intensity which was only manageable due to the perfect balance – challenging but well worth it for those who like that sort of thing!
