Also known as Pavlova carambola
The aroma was that of a classic breakfast muesli, whole grain oats and crispy almonds, dried pineapple and grapes but then with a delightful addition of milk and dark chocolate. Delicious to taste neat, with the fatty texture of roasted cherries and vanilla mousse mille-feuille and a teasing spicy ginger coconut finish.
