Speyside, Spey A wonderful aroma greeted the Panel: poached pears, Battenburg cake, buttered scones, stewed rhubarb, custard, strawberry jam, frangipani, rum-soaked raisins, clotted cream and bramble juices spilled on a dunnage floor. Luscious we thought.
