Speyside, Spey We were greeted by a bouquet of bourbon sweetness without the domination of wood, Scottish tablet, vanilla fudge and custard slices laced with nutmeg. A wonderful texture neat, sweet with a hint of spice, just enough to keep us interested with marshmallows, sweet satsumas and a rhubarb and custard pie with a spiced butter crumble.
