A clean and fresh aroma greeted the Panel with the scent of eucalyptus, honey and lemon-flavoured throat lozenges as well as, according to one panellist, “floral pink and purple pastel vibes”. A sweet and minty heat at first on the palate neat before plenty of oak spices kicked in for the finish; brandy snaps with an espresso martini cream.
