Highland, Northern On the nose neat we were baking buttery shortbread biscuits and we heavily dusting with powdered sugar a stolen (bread like cake with nuts, spices and candied fruits). On the palate neat, malty, salty and spicy like peppernut or gingerbread cookies filled with marzipan and apricot jelly.
