A rather coquettish nose – attractive but elusive – fruity elements (pineapple cubes, tinned apricots and peaches and cherry pie), vanilla ice-cream and soft caramel, with light hints of pencils and new baskets. On the palate, it is frisky as a kitten – tarte au citron, acid drops, spiced fruit punch and a finish of wood shavings, cracked black pepper and ginger.
