The nose offered custard Danish, honey, vanilla, rum punch, pineapple, mango and humidors (cigar boxes, aromatic smoke and leather armchairs). The palate pulsed with kick-boxer power – the rum is now a hammer punch, followed by jabs of liquorice and ginger, uppercuts of tobacco leaf, coconut and melon skins and a flying kick of trainer shoe to the head.
