Highland, Eastern We sat on a wooden bench on a warm sunny afternoon looking at the freshly cut grass, making daisy chains with one of us having a glass of Pinot Grigio while another a fresh cool lambic beer. On the palate a zesty, sharp and tangy freshly squeezed lime juice before the sweet flavours of Turkish delight and ‘The Bergamot of Nancy’ – a candy flavoured with essential bergamot oil appeared.
