The nose was soft, gentle and evocative – we shared stories of tropical fruits carried on a warm breeze and a waxy raincoat after the rain – also marzipan, lemon puffs, Turkish Delight and sweetie tobacco. The palate was immediately sweet, attractive and lightly perfumed – Jolly Ranchers, lime on mango, peach, Starburst and Tangfastics.
