Lemon angel pie Fresh and fruity on the nose neat; white mints and cool pure pressed white grape juice next to buttery sponge cake and white chocolate nougat. A delicate sweetness on the palate at first but soon followed by a dry citric and spicy attack which left quite a long-lasting hot trail.
