Highland, Eastern We prepared a Karithopita; a Greek walnut and orange oil cake with orange syrup served on the side, before we dipped carrot sticks into a sour cream and chive dip and enjoyed a luxury Bombay mix snack. On the palate we had a slice of rich, sweet breakfast bread with raisins known in Flemish as Kramiek, toasted and paired with onion confit.
