On the nose, we found sweetness (fudge, tablet, choux pastry with crème anglaise) and fruit (Slivovitz, raspberry and strawberry fruit leathers), sandalwood oil, dried flowers and tarte tatin. The neat taste delivered a crisp, penetrating mixture of oak and fruit - fruit punch, rumtopf, stewed apple, dried cranberries, pomegranate and Black Forest gateau.
