The nose was ‘weird but brilliant!’, like brightly coloured odd socks. Tutti frutti, brown sugar, nougat and desiccated coconut on the left, while the right spoke of potting sheds and forest floors – wood, earthy mushrooms, hedge clippings and herbs.
