Like puzzling over a puzzle we found a thought provoking medley of toasted cereals and marzipan with crunchy autumn leaves and a wave of tropical fruit alongside red liquorice, coriander and icing on old wood. Flavours on the tongue embraced nut husks and linseed oil with a warming heat that mellowed into dried apricots, toffee apples and thick cut marmalade.
