The nose was clean and bright (laundry, summer flower meadows, yellow plums, custard Danish, crumbly mint sweets) but also had empty balsa cigar boxes. The initial palate had golden syrup and custard donuts, morphing into long-lasting, lip-tingling penetration of sweet heat – (chocolate-coated ginger biscuits, cough syrup, cinnamon swirls, clove rock, mild curry spice, Fox’s Glacier mints).
