‘Sweet as a nut’ Highland, Island A wonderful warm chocolate biscuit aroma greeted the Panel at first followed by hints of freshly brewed coffee, sweet potato skins, pineapple cubes and warm spun sugar. The taste neat was fresh, bittersweet and slightly salty like key lime pie with a Ritz cracker crust or a salted caramel chocolate tart and roast pineapple Turkish delight in the finish.
