First comment was “like the last embers and ashes of a burnt whisky cask” followed by dark chimney soot, smoked apples and smoked blood oranges as well as “TCP to a tee”! The taste reminded us of a savoury American-style pancake with burnt chorizo and bacon and salty chilly butter, all served with sweet and savoury smoked strawberry sauce.
