An array of fruits developed in the glass ranging from peaches and apricots to bananas and pineapples and then finally kiwis and maracujas. On the palate neat, following seamlessly, passion fruit ice cream with rum (plenty of it!), vanilla caramel sauce and a tangy coconut and lime drizzle cake.
