A sweet aroma of butterscotch, caramel and candied pistachios greeted the Panel before notes of dried papaya, mango and spices complemented this fascinating encounter. On the palate neat the sweet spiciness of cinnamon raisin (soaked in rum) swirls and honey sweetened chocolate tickled the taste buds.
