Cinnamon spiced raspberry soufflé combined with a classic mint julep cocktail was a very promising opening gambit. On the palate a tight battle between sweetness (macarons and dolly mixtures) and spiciness (ginger and cayenne pepper) whereas the judgement was a unanimous draw.
