A bouquet of floral notes combined with the fruity aromas of peaches, apricots and cherries as well as sandalwood and toasted coconut flakes making this a truly engaging dram. On the palate neat we took the word of one of the panellists when he described the taste as eating mugwort panna cotta, blowtorched berries, whipped cream, roast peach ice cream and honeycomb.
