Cooper King

Cooper King Distillery is a self-built, crowd-funded whisky distillery located in England. Established in 2016 by co-founders Abbie Neilson and Chris Jaume, it is one of the only distilleries in the UK to run on 100% green energy. Cooper King is unique in its commitment to sustainability, producing handcrafted spirits using locally sourced ingredients. Their whisky is made in a Yorkshire-made pot still, the smallest whisky still in England, which allows for a more hands-on, artisanal approach to distillation. This sets them apart from larger, more industrial competitors.
