InchDairnie Distillery is a modern Scotch whisky distillery in Fife, Scotland. It was founded in the 2010s by whisky industry veteran Ian Palmer and takes its name from the nearby InchDairnie House.
Today it is known for a technically innovative approach to whisky production, including a focus on process design and experimentation alongside the creation of single malt and other whisky styles.
