Shinobu Distillery is a whisky distillery in Niigata, Japan. Ken Usami founded it in 2016, and it received a whisky licence in 2017. The distillery makes its own spirit and also blends, matures, and bottles sourced malt whisky for The Shin and Shinobu ranges.
