Kirin

Kirin is a Japanese drinks company with roots in the late 19th century and a long history in brewing and alcoholic beverages. In whisky, the name is associated with Japan’s modern whisky industry through ownership and operation of domestic whisky production.

Today Kirin is best known in whisky for its role behind Japanese releases from the Fuji area and for producing whisky as part of a broader beverage portfolio. It is also widely recognised internationally for beer and other drinks.
