Kaikyo Distillery is a Japanese whisky distillery in Akashi, Hyogo Prefecture, operated by Eigashima Shuzo, a long-established drinks producer with roots in sake and shochu. The distillery takes its name from the nearby Akashi Kaikyo, the strait crossed by the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge.
Today, Kaikyo Distillery is known for producing Japanese whisky, including releases associated with Eigashima's White Oak range. It forms part of the wider whisky output of Eigashima Shuzo, one of Japan's established licensed whisky producers.
