Honor Sumo

A five-release Karuizawa collection bottled at cask strength from single sherry butts in 2013. Its core is a Hua Yang International Exhibition set of 1981, 1982, and 1983 vintages whose labels form one panoramic sumo scene; 340 numbered sets were produced. Number One Drinks also released full-picture wraparound-label editions from the 1981 cask, limited to 120 bottles, and the 1983 cask, limited to 168 bottles.
