The nose was somehow golden brown (never a frown); coconut, cocoa nibs and tobacco, molasses, figs, pecan pie and walking through autumnal orchards. The palate suggested fruit cake, Christmas pudding and Tiffin (tray-bake of crushed biscuits, raisins, chocolate etc), along with some earthier hints of hessian, clove and windfall apples.
