A very calm, relaxing, and fragrant intoxicating scent of thyme, tarragon and moss as well as lavender and angelica and under fern-laden undergrowth plenty of wild mint. On the palate two comment to be highlighted, “sweet as a nut” and “Bärentatze“(a bear’s paw), or a small cream filled puff pastry.
