This was very green and herbal at first, as notes of freshly cut meadow grass in spring merged with an orchard bringing fruity notes of crisp green apples and cherry blossom. We then bit into a tangerine to start peeling away the skin – a really juicy, sweet and zesty burst of flavours, with a hint of white pepper in the finish.
