The nose needed some time, eventually producing a log cabin vibe, dark chocolate, pain aux raisins, black forest gâteau and clove-spiced apple. The texture was dry, with intense flavours of wood, orange oil, salted liquorice, chocolate cake and mixed berry sorbet.
