The nose was surprisingly fresh and vibrant, with notes of green apples, ripe plums, vanilla slices and lemon drizzle cake, as well as pink grapefruit juice and salted caramel. A lemon zing on the palate was followed by freshly cut wood and grass before sweeter flavours of lemon buttercream and a mojito appeared.
