In a fit of alchemy, we poured concentrated apple juice, plum and soy sauce on a new carpet as we simultaneously detected freshly cut grass. To the palate, our concoction manifested as plum liqueur poured on pistachio ice cream, followed by a gentle cherry wood spice, along with a trickle of treacle.
