Delightful aromas of almond croissants, digestive biscuits and vanilla combined with burnt toffee coated with custard powder, lemon sherbet and fine oak sawdust. The palate was sweet and juicy, an amalgamation of ripe orange, candied lemon and sticky ginger wine, before coconut merged with pineapple and banana in a milkshake.
