Croissants coated with raspberry and strawberry jam were served on a driftwood platter with Turkish delight, lime jelly and oak sawdust. Spicy flavours then delivered black peppercorns, nutmeg and cinnamon with hints of liquorice, cocoa nibs and dried apricots.
