The initial nose brimmed with smoked honey, ginger wine, threads of gentle peat smoke, olive oil, earthy aged black tea and dried orange peel. Complex, intricate and wonderfully elegant; a sense of peat smoke subdividing over years of maturation into many subtle variations.
