SMWS 70.56 Ice cream cones in a rose garden

The nose suggested various things – flowering shrubs, new suede, beach balls and suntan lotion, burnt toffee, Edinburgh rock, salt and chilli on pineapple and flambéed bananas with brandy butter. On the palate, we identified chocolate limes and parma violets, raspberry pips and pineapple rings, vanilla gelato and warm, flat cola, plus numbing nutmeg on the finish.
