SMWS 35.335 Sunshine in a glass

The nose peeped shyly from behind a gorse bush, before displaying its fruity character (melon, green grape, lime); eventually it relaxed into honey, caramel and gingerbread. The palate began with sherbet straws, soor plooms, brambles and lemonade; settled to vanilla, dark honey and toasted almonds, then left an afterglow of cinnamon, clove and bitter chocolate.
